The Raiders have obtained a pair of fairly young players who might make significant contributions in 2004 in Oakland. At running back, the Raiders added Troy Hambrick, Emmitt Smith's former understudy who rushed for a career-high 972 yards last season but was released May 13. In the secondary, Oakland welcomed David Terrell, who made two interceptions each of the past three seasons for Washington. Both players entered the NFL in 2000.
